React Native (Mobile Apps) Developer

We are seeking a Senior React Native Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, driving mobile architecture, performance optimization, and platform strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead mobile engineering efforts and define architecture strategyBuild scalable apps using React Native, TypeScript, and ExpoDesign reusable components and state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API)Implement navigation, deep linking, and secure authentication (OAuth/OIDC)Integrate native modules (Swift, Kotlin) and third-party SDKsOptimize performance (startup time, memory, rendering)Manage CI/CD pipelines and app releases (Fastlane, EAS)Ensure security, compliance, and code qualityCollaborate with backend, product, and design teamsMentor engineers and guide technical decisionsRequired Skills & Experience9 + years in software development, 6+ years in mobile4+ years leading React Native applicationsStrong experience with TypeScript, Expo, and mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)Experience with iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) integrationsKnowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, CI/CD, and DevOpsExperience with App Store & Play Store deploymentsStrong understanding of performance tuning and mobile security
