This role focuses on creating clear, compelling content that equips brokers with effective storytelling tools to engage clients and close deals. The Marketing Content Coordinator will write, edit, and manage content across proposals, presentations, digital channels, and print collateral while ensuring brand consistency.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and edit content for proposals, presentations, case studies, blogs, emails, and other marketing materialsPartner with brokers, leadership, research, and marketing teams to source and produce compelling sales and marketing contentResearch and compile information for marketing materials, including bios, services, and leasing strategiesManage content updates within the CMS and support digital initiatives, including newsletters and email campaignsCreate engaging social media content and grow presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and InstagramMonitor digital performance and assist with marketing analytics and reportingCoordinate production of marketing assets with design and marketing teamsMaintain high-quality standards and consistent brand messaging across all channelsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred1-2 years of marketing or communications experienceStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skillsExperience creating marketing content across digital and print platformsStrategic, detail-oriented, and highly organizedAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative, professional, and able to work independentlyCommercial or retail real estate experience a plusIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
