Traffic EngineerSoutheast Cleveland, Ohio company is seeking to hire a Professional Engineer as a Traffic Engineer to manage traffic and safety analysis, traffic signal, and traffic control designs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringP.E. (Professional Engineering) LicensePTOE (Professional Traffic Operations Engineer) preferred5+ years' experience doing traffic analysis, developing signal timing plans,Familiar with HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, and TransModeler traffic engineering analysis software as well as SignCAD and GuideSign design software is desiredAutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation CAD skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills for public speaking, write technical reports and interact with clientsCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
