You provide direct care while also shaping clinical excellence across teams and locations.In this role, your work will:Help patients safely receive complex specialty therapies with confidenceSupport clinical teams through leadership, guidance, and best practicesStrengthen care delivery through consistency, compliance, and collaborationEvery clinical decision connects back to real people managing chronic, often life‐changing conditions — and your leadership helps ensure their care experience is exceptional.What You'll Do In this role, you will:Develop, implement, and oversee individualized infusion treatment plans, adjusting care as patient needs evolvePerform comprehensive patient assessments, prescribe medications, interpret labs, and manage infusion therapies within scope of practiceProvide direct patient care, including infusion oversight and clinical decision‐makingEducate patients and caregivers on therapies, safety, and expectations throughout treatmentEnsure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)Monitor medication and supply inventory to support safe and efficient clinical operationsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and payer credentialingCollaborate closely with referring providers, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative partnersLead quality assurance activities, accreditation readiness, and process improvement initiativesProvide mentorship, supervision, and clinical leadership to RNs, LPNs, and clinical support staffSupport workflow optimization, staffing coordination, and multi‐site clinical alignment as neededRespond appropriately to patient concerns or medical emergencies within scope of practiceWhat We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you bring:A Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programAn active, unrestricted NP license in the state of practiceDEA registration , state‐controlled substance license, and NPI numberBLS, ACLS, and PALS certificationsStrong IV access skills and experience with biologic and specialty medication protocolsExperience coordinating patient care, managing inventory, and maintaining regulatory compliance in an outpatient infusion settingProficiency with EMR documentation and clinical workflow optimizationPreferred Qualifications Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certificationThree (3) or more years of experience managing patients on specialty infusion therapiesFive (5) or more years of infusion therapy experience in an AIS/AIC settingWhy LUX Infusion At LUX Infusion, we believe infusion care deserves more light — more warmth, more clarity, and more connection.Here, you'll find:Purpose‐driven clinical leadership with real patient impactA patient‐first, clinician‐led cultureClose collaboration with multidisciplinary teamsThe opportunity to influence care quality, team development, and operational excellenceCome help elevate infusion care — and see what's possible when care comes first.BioMatrix Pay Range/Rate $60—$75 USD PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here represent those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
