This role supports operational continuity by ensuring timely, secure, and confidential transportation services as needed.LocationRochester Resource Center at 1000 University Avenue, STE 500Position DetailsPer Diem/as-neededHours will vary based on operation demandMay require flexibility, including early mornings or eveningsJob DescriptionSafely transport employees to and from assigned work-related destinationsComply with all New York State traffic laws and safety regulationsMaintain a professional, courteous, and discreet demeanor at all timesConduct routine vehicle safety inspections before and after tripsMaintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptlyAccurately log mileage, trip times, and any incidentsImmediately report accidents, safety concerns, or violationsFollow all company safety, confidentiality, and conduct policiesRequirementsValid New York State driver's license in good standingClean driving record (subject to motor vehicle record review)Minimum 10 years of driving experienceAbility to pass background screening consistent with NY lawStrong reliability, punctuality, and professionalismAbility to maintain strict confidentialityAbility to assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle, if neededAbility to sit for extended periodsAbility to enter and exit vehicle repeatedly during shiftAbility to provide light assistance to passengers, if requiredThe hourly rate range for this position is $18.00-$20.00, with overtime paid at 1.5 regular hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek, in accordance with New York State Labor Law.
