Project Manager
Minturn is looking for a Project Manager who understands civil construction, takes ownership of the details, and knows how to work with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.This is a practical project leadership role for someone who can oversee schedules, budgets, change orders, documentation, communication, and jobsite coordination while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Why This Role Stands OutWork on a wide variety of civil and infrastructure projects.Projects may include water and wastewater treatment, concrete, paving, bridge work, parks, splash pads, grading, and site development.Join a hands-on, team-focused construction company with strong on-site leadership.Truck, cell phone, and computer provided.Office located in Brooklyn, Iowa, with project travel as needed.What You Will DoManage projects from handoff through closeout.Build and maintain project schedules.Track budgets, job costs, labor, equipment, and change orders.Review plans, specifications, submittals, contracts, and project documentation.Communicate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents, and company leadership.Support field teams by helping solve problems, remove roadblocks, and keep projects moving.Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations.Prepare pay applications, cost projections, change orders, and closeout documents.Identify cost savings, efficiency improvements, and production opportunities.Preferred ExperienceCivil construction or heavy construction project management.Water or wastewater treatment projects.Structural concrete, paving, or bridge work.Dirt work, grading, cut/fill, and site development.Public-sector or municipal construction projects.Iowa DOT specifications.Iowa SUDAS specifications.What We Are Looking ForStrong communicator who works well with field teams and leadership.Practical problem-solver who understands construction operations.Detail-oriented project manager who follows through.Comfortable managing owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Able to balance office work, field coordination, and jobsite travel.Valid driver's license required.LocationOffice located in Brooklyn, Iowa.Candidates near Brooklyn, Des Moines, or surrounding Iowa communities are encouraged to apply.Travel to jobsites will be required as part of the role.Benefits / SupportCompany truck provided.Cell phone provided.Computer provided.Professional development and continuing education opportunities.Highly lucrative bonus program.
