Requirements to join our team of Caregivers Have 1+ year of caregiving experience Have a valid DL or ID Have reliable transportation/ vehicle with auto insurance Able to commute to Schaumburg/Park Ridge, IL and surrounding areas CPR Certified Skills: Must be a flexible employee who is willing to work in many different client homes on a routine basis Must have superb communication skills to be able to speak to the branch office weekly regarding schedule. Ability to provide physical assistance, including lifting and transferring clients Patience and understanding when working with clients who may have cognitive or behavioral challenges.
