Mixer Operator - 2nd Shift (QCM)

What’s attractive about the Mixer Operator position? Growth Potential Team-Oriented Environment What Success Looks Like: Operate forklift/complete daily checklist. Assist in staging and organizing raw materials utilizing FIFO system. Assist in establishing and maintaining compound processing procedures. General knowledge of TCU’s and manual mixing procedures. General housekeeping and perform daily/weekly 5s duties. Ability to operate the mixer, skid unloader, bale cutter, weight conveyor, and charge conveyor. Follow production schedule and maintain pace as outlined in mixing procedures. Ensure oil pumps are running before start-up and ensure bulk powders system is in auto. Empty oil buckets on the mezzanine daily. Maintain and operate bar code printer.
