Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator specializing in MIG and TIG welding to join our team. This role focuses on precision welding and fabrication of metal components in a production or custom shop environment. This position does not involve grinding or stick welding-only MIG and TIG processes. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals (steel, stainless, aluminum) Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work ordersFabricate and assemble metal components to exact specifications Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracyMaintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety standards and procedures QualificationsProven experience with MIG and TIG welding requiredAbility to read and understand technical drawings and measurementsStrong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and work for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment
