Customer Service Specialist

We welcome applicants who are interested in upward mobility, a positive work environment, and who can't wait to get started!Responsibilities:Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshootProvide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfactionInteract with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledgeEnsure customer account information is up-to-dateResolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfactionGreet and assist customers with product selection and personalization optionsHandle incoming orders, primarily through phone calls and emailsProcess customer orders and input accurate data into the systemInspect and perform quality checks on all finished products to ensure accuracy and workmanshipAnswer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with order pickupsMonitor inventory and assist with purchasing supplies and materials as neededPrepare bids and quotes for customer-provided drawings and custom engraving jobsQualifications:Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skillsStrong knowledge of customer interface and interactionHigh school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalentRequirements:Comfortable using computers, software, and office equipmentStrong customer service and communication skillsDetail-oriented and able to follow precise instructionsStrong focus on quality control and attention to fine detailsBasic understanding of inventory and supply ordering is a plusAbility to review and quote from customer drawings or artwork is a plusAbout Company:Appleton Trophy & Engraving is located in Appleton, Wisconsin.
