Product ManagerInsurance Product ManagerProduct Manager, Insurance Distribution ChannelsWe are working with a client who is seeking a Product Manager to lead the buildout of new insurance distribution channels. The company currently distributes exclusively through independent agencies and is investing to open two new channels: a direct-to-consumer online channel and a hybrid agency/online/phone model. The Product Manager will own the buildout of these capabilities, partnering closely with IT and reporting to the existing Head of Product.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build the company’s direct-to-consumer online purchasing channel in partnership with IT and internal stakeholdersDevelop a hybrid distribution model allowing customers to research, quote, and bind coverage through digital and phone touchpointsTranslate insurance product requirements into clear technical and operational specificationsCoordinate across underwriting, compliance, and technology to bring new channels to marketAssume operational ownership of the new distribution lines as channels mature, and contribute to the broader product roadmapWho We’re Looking ForThe strongest candidates will bring insurance product knowledge and digital distribution experience. Backgrounds from online carriers, comparison platforms, or insurtechs are particularly relevant.
