Plaintiffs Personal Injury Attorney

We are working with a growing firm, looking for a Plaintiffs Personal Injury Attorney, to join our team. Specifically, they are looking for someone who has 4+ years of experience, with extensive plaintiffs' personal injury experience.Requirements:4+ years of experience - Plaintiffs Personal Injury2+ years of litigation experiencePrior experience with; Medmal, truck accidents, Birth accidents, Aviation, etc.Admitted to practice law in FloridaResponsibilities:Evaluate case viability, provide legal advice, manage client communication, and handle all legal paperwork.Collect accident reports, medical records, photos, video footage, and witness statements; hire investigators if needed.Research case law, draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents.Deal with insurance adjusters, using negotiation skills to reach fair settlements.Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials if a settlement isn't reachedThe annual salary for this position is between 160k-200k+.
