Job Title: Guidewire Integration LeadJob ID: POS-17689Primary Skill: GuidewireRole SummaryThe Guidewire Integration Lead will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex Guidewire integrations and configurations across PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter implementations. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire integration development, solution design, and team leadership, while working closely with business stakeholders in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a technical lead, contributing to and directing development efforts across onsite and offshore teams.Design, develop, modify, implement, and support Guidewire integration components across the application stack.Lead and drive teams in a fast-paced delivery environment, solving complex business and technical problems.Prepare and enhance design documents including field mapping, data definitions, rules definitions, and integration specifications.Lead solutioning efforts by developing and presenting Proof of Concepts (PoCs).Configure, build, and develop Guidewire components using GOSU, PCF, Wizards, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, Product Designer, and Forms.Identify and implement reusable integration and configuration components to improve efficiency and productivity across projects.Determine root causes for complex technical issues and deliver practical, permanent solutions and workarounds.Contribute to architectural discussions and provide value-added technical solutions.Coordinate with business users, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement complex business rules and workflows.Lead, mentor, and coordinate offshore teams; oversee task allocation, daily status reporting, and communication between onsite and offshore teams.Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and delivery tracking.Remain current with emerging technologies and Guidewire best practices, recommending improvements where applicable.Maintain composure and effectiveness during critical production issues or escalations.Core ExperienceRequired Skills & Experience7–12 years of overall IT experience.Minimum 5 years of Guidewire implementation experience, preferably PolicyCenter (Personal and/or Commercial Lines).3+ years of Guidewire integration development experience (forms integration preferred).Experience with Guidewire products such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.Strong experience in integration components, including APIs, web services, and data mappings.Proven experience with SOAP/REST services, XML, JSON, and related technologies.Strong understanding of Insurance domain (Personal and Commercial Lines).Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; familiarity with SAFe is a plus.Technical SkillsExpertise in configuring and developing Guidewire components using GOSU, PCF, Wizards, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, Product Designer.Strong experience implementing multiple Lines of Business including Personal Auto, Property, Umbrella, etc.Experience with Forms Management, Administration, Account Management, Contacts, Transactions, and Job Configuration.Hands-on experience with XML, GUnit, Jenkins, Git/TFS, and code quality tools such as SonarQube.Experience working with application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat.Experience with database servers such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.Leadership & Soft SkillsStrong technical leadership and mentoring skills with a differentiator mindset focused on asset creation and competency building.Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure or crisis situations.CertificationsGuidewire Certification – MandatoryGuidewire Integration or Product certifications preferred.About The CompanyFounded in 2000 with the core belief that impactful change comes from deep commitment, ValueMomentum specializes in delivering measurable results across the P&C value stream.
