Models professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, peers, and community. Ensures that student growth and achievement is continuous and appropriate for age group, subject area, and/or program classification. Communicates necessary information regularly to students, colleagues and parents regarding student progress and student needs Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesBachelor’s Degree in relevant subject area Strong classroom management skills required Highly organized; flexible in meeting the needs of boarding students and their families; Ability to create lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse student population Technologically savvy Preferred SkillsMaster’s degree in relevant subject area Former student athlete International education experience Experience working with student athletes NCAA, Compliance experience Bilingual Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentAbility to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs. Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
