Adequate structure, nimbleness, and speed to market are key attributes of the Company's culture and critical reason behind continued successes.The Consumer Relations Department is looking for a dependable Consumer Relations Representative who is passionate about providing support to the end-users of our products.Essential FunctionsResponds to inquiries received from consumers via phone, e-mail, or letter for a variety of personal wellness products and small electronics, including audio and wireless devices. Processes consumer pre-paid orders and returns. Maintains current product knowledge as products change and improve. Accepts and processes direct consumer orders for replacement parts and/or products. Manages multiple tasks and constantly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Position RequirementsQualificationsAssociates degree or equivalent experience required. 1-2 years call center experience, preferably with small electronic devices. Ability to trouble-shoot and problem solve is critical. Thrives in a team environment, communicating across multiple locations. Able to successfully manage challenging and difficult consumer situations, by phone, email, or in person. Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills. Professional and proficient email writing skills. Intermediate or higher level computer skills in MS Outlook required, proficiency with Excel and Word a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Experience with an ERP system (ie JDE, PeopleSoft) a plus.
