Real Estate & Build-to-Rent (BTR) Analyst Job OverviewRCCS is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Real Estate & Build-to-Rent (BTR) Analyst to support our growing real estate and Build-to-Rent investment platform. This role sits at the intersection of deal sourcing, pipeline management, CRM administration, marketing package development, and AI-driven operational support, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, is highly detail-oriented, and is capable of building scalable systems that support acquisitions and development growth. This role works closely with development, construction, and operations teams and contributes directly to the strategic growth of the RCCS platform.Essential Duties, Roles and Responsibilities This position owns pipeline organization, CRM integrity, deal sourcing support, marketing package production, AI-driven workflow development, and cross-functional coordination across the RCCS acquisitions and development platform.Pipeline Management • Build, maintain, and organize a comprehensive pipeline of real estate acquisition opportunities, land deals, development opportunities, and developer relationships from sourcing through disposition or development outcome.• Maintain accurate records and reporting on deal status, timelines, and follow-ups; create and manage systems for monitoring land deal outcomes over time for market intelligence and future opportunity identification.• Develop and execute comprehensive land acquisition strategies for current and emerging markets; monitor economic, demographic, and market trends to identify future growth areas and competitive opportunities.CRM and Database Management• Implement and manage a robust CRM system covering developers, brokers, landowners, investors, vendors, and strategic partners; ensure all contacts, communications, and opportunities are properly documented and current.• Maintain a searchable database of land transactions, ownership, zoning, pricing, and outcomes to support ongoing market intelligence and deal evaluation.• Build a strong presence in targeted regions by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including brokers, developers, landowners, and municipal officials; proactively source off-market opportunities through networking and relationship management.Deal Sourcing and Market Research• Aggressively identify and source new acquisition opportunities based on defined buy boxes and investment criteria; conduct market and property research to uncover off-market opportunities and monitor zoning activity and development patterns.• Assist in underwriting support, data gathering, and preliminary deal analysis in coordination with leadership and the development team.Marketing Package and Presentation Development• Coordinate and assemble professional marketing packages for deals and development opportunities; prepare investor presentations, property summaries, and offering memorandums with supporting materials including maps, aerials, demographic data, site plans, and financial summaries.• Contribute to strategic planning meetings by providing market insights and acquisition forecasts; establish measurable goals, track progress, and support continuous improvement in acquisition practices.AI and Automation Support• Utilize AI tools and technology platforms to automate and streamline marketing package creation, property research, CRM updates, and reporting; help develop AI-driven workflows that improve operational efficiency and deal tracking across the platform.Administrative and Operational Coordination• Organize internal systems, files, and workflows; coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with brokers, developers, and partners; assist leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.• Work closely with development, construction, and operations teams to ensure successful project handoffs and alignment on schedules and deliverables; help create scalable operational processes as the business grows.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills & Qualifications• Experience in real estate, commercial real estate, development, private equity, or BTR strongly preferred; familiarity with Build-to-Rent and residential development markets is a significant advantage.• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Monday.com; highly proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation software.• Highly proficient using AI tools and automation platforms; demonstrated ability to build or improve AI-driven workflows preferred.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities across broker, developer, investor, and municipal audiences.• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic vision and operational discipline; self-starter with the ability to work independently without close supervision.• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail;
