Key ResponsibilitiesProcess release of information (ROI) requests accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations Validate requests and authorizations for medical record releases and perform quality checks on all work Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality and integrity of patient informationRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years' ROI fulfillment experience or 3 years' external ROI experience required Advanced knowledge of multiple EMR platforms and ROI request types Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining productivity and quality standards
