IC&E Technician

Title: IC&E Technician Location: Colorado Springs, COPay: $48 - $57/HR, 10% bonus, 401k, PTO, Health, RelocationShift: Day Shift Mon - FriWhy Work Here?This is a great opportunity to impact the day to day maintenance and growth of the IC&E Team for a power plant. Day to day includes troubleshooting flow, level, temp, pressure, CEMS, as well as, PLC and DCS equipment.Job Responisbilities:• Experience working in a power generation equipment and facilities.• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating plant instrumentation including pressure transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters (RTDs and thermocouples), and pneumatic control valves and controllers.• Proficiency using calibration and diagnostic equipment such as HART communicators, multimeters, signal generators, and other instrumentation calibration tools.• Hands-on experience working with electrical systems ranging from low-voltage control systems up through high-voltage switchyard equipment.• Ability to safely perform LOTO procedures on breakers and switches and troubleshoot motor starters, motor control circuits, and other electrical control systems.• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial control systems and PLC-based automation platforms used in power generation facilities.• Ability to program or modify PLC logic and support control system troubleshooting within plant operations.• Exposure to or experience maintaining continuous emissions monitoring systems, including analyzers used to monitor NOx, CO, and O2 emissions.
