Because a role here isn’t just another job; it’s a career-defining opportunity to build the future of fintech.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Financial Control to lead our accounting operations and regulatory reporting efforts in Atlanta. Reporting to the Americas Controller, you will be a strategic partner in our US expansion, overseeing the integrity of our financial controls and ensuring robust compliance with state and federal regulations. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical US GAAP expertise, leadership, and a 'hands-on' approach to building scalable financial processes. The ideal candidate will be someone that is self-motivated with excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and ownership of entity-level management accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial data used for both internal decision-making and external reportingManage the oversight, preparation and timely submission of all required regulatory filings (quarterly and annual) as designated by the regulatorsDrive the regional financial audit process, serving as the liaison for external auditors to ensure timely auditsPerform reconciliations to other regulatory and external filingsBe the primary Accounting contact with US regulatorsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Treasury and Compliance, to ensure the entities remain compliant with all regulationsSkills & Experience10+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, regulatory, and/or SEC reportingBachelor’s degree in accountingPublic accounting experience with Big 4 and holds an active CPAExpert-level knowledge of US GAAP and the ability to interpret and apply complex accounting standardsExperience dealing with regulators in a senior management capacityDemonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and due diligenceStrong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and build collaborative relationshipsKnowledge of IFRS would be a plusDirect experience with FinTech, Payments or Banking is highly preferredExperience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment.Additional InformationBring all of you to workWe create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver.
