The Managing Counsel will also be a key partner to various teams within the company, including marketing, product, engineering, and government affairs, and will be at the forefront of addressing the unique legal challenges that arise at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce. Applicants for this position should have a minimum of 12 years' of legal experience, with at least 5 years' in advising on privacy-related issues, including healthcare and consumer privacy, and 2 years' in advising on AI-related issues. The role requires a candidate with a strong management background, a proven track record in team building and mentorship, and the ability to be a trusted business partner.
