Details on the practice are as follows: BC/BE in Pediatrics or Pediatric EM Experience in Peds UC or Peds EM Volume 68-80/day busy season (flu season) Volume 35-45/day summer Sundays busiest Pay rate BC/BE Peds EM $100-120/hour DOE Pay rate BC/BE Peds w/ UC exp. $85-95 DOE
