Marketing ManagerChart House Waikiki is an iconic waterfront dining destination known for premium steak, fresh seafood, and a vibrant atmosphere overlooking the Ala Wai Harbor. We serve both a global tourist audience and a loyal local community, creating an experience that blends elevated dining with the energy of Waikiki.We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to own and drive our growthsomeone who understands that great restaurant marketing is about filling tables, building repeat customers, and creating a brand people talk about.This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role responsible for driving reservations, increasing foot traffic, and building long-term brand equity. You will lead all marketing efforts across digital, social, partnerships, and in-restaurant programmingacting as both a strategist and executor.ResponsibilitiesDrive reservations & revenueOwn strategies to increase covers, especially during off-peak days/timesOptimize presence across:Google (search + maps)OpenTable / ResyWebsite conversion flowLaunch targeted campaigns to drive bookings (locals + tourists)Content & social media (IG + TikTok focus)Plan and execute 35 posts per week (Reels-first strategy)Capture in-restaurant content regularly (food, ambiance, live moments)Develop content pillars:Signature dishes & drinksAtmosphere / experienceWhy come tonight momentsStay on top of trends while maintaining brand voiceLocal partnerships & influencer strategyBuild relationships with:Hotel concierges & hospitality groupsLocal businesses and luxury partnersWaikiki-based influencers and creatorsExecute targeted influencer visits (not mass gifting)Develop referral channels that consistently drive bookingsEvents & programmingConcept and execute:Weekly/monthly programming (live music, themed nights, etc.)Seasonal promotions and menu launchesLocal-focused initiatives (kama??ina nights, industry nights)Ensure events translate into real traffic and revenuePaid media & growth marketingManage or oversee:Meta (Instagram/Facebook) adsGoogle Search campaigns (high-intent dining queries)Allocate budget strategically to drive ROITest and iterate campaigns based on performanceReputation & review managementMonitor and respond to reviews on:GoogleYelpImplement strategies to increase positive reviewsTurn guest satisfaction into public social proofEmail & SMS marketingBuild and manage customer databaseExecute campaigns for:PromotionsEventsSeasonal pushesDrive repeat visits from past customersQualifications36+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or nightlife marketingProven ability to drive measurable revenue results (not just engagement)Strong understanding of:Social media (IG/TikTok)Local marketing + partnershipsReservation platforms (OpenTable, Resy, etc.)Highly organized, detailed oriented, proactive, and able to execute independentlyExperience marketing in tourist-driven markets (Hawaii, Miami, Vegas, etc.)Existing network in Honolulu / Waikiki hospitality sceneExperience running paid media campaigns or managing a paid agencyBasic photography/video skills (iPhone-level is fine, but must have an eye)Must live locally and work on site in office at least 3 days per weekMust be available to come to night events when needed to capture contentGraphic design skills a plus but not requiredWork scheduleWeekend availabilityMonday to FridayHolidaysDay shiftNight shiftBenefitsPaid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceEmployee discountChart House - Chart House 1765 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI, 96815 Apply
