In this role, you'll assist with all stages of litigation, including preparing Probate Court filings, drafting motions, coordinating with courts, managing discovery, and supporting attorneys through trial preparation.Key Responsibilities:Prepare court filings related to estates, trusts, and guardianshipsDraft motions, affidavits, and correspondenceCoordinate filings (e-filing, hand, and mail) with various courtsManage deadlines, discovery trackers, and document organizationCommunicate professionally with clients, courts, and financial institutionsMaintain accurate billing recordsRequirements:5+ years of litigation experience (fiduciary/probate a plus)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft ExcelIf you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative legal environment, we'd love to hear from you.Interested in hearing more?
