Electronics Assembler

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our dynamic north Phoenix based small design and manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for soldering, crimping, cable assembly, and cable harnessing with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in electronics assembly. Responsibilities Attach ends of wires to components, plugs, connectors using soldering iron or crimping device. Wrap and tie wires together at designated points to form harness. Use assembly sheets, drawings, and verbal/written instructions to assemble cable and wire harnesses. Inspect and measure completed work to verify conformance to specifications using gauges, tape measures, calipers, or any other necessary tool. Complete required documents and provide accurate daily production data. Work independently with minimal supervision. Consider impact to quality when making decisions. Skills Must be 18 years or older. Minimum 3 years of experience doing Cable/Wire Harness Assembly. Soldering & crimping experience a must Component identification and the ability to read drawings. Perform all work in accordance with acceptable quality standards. Perform all work in a safe manner including proper use of personal protective equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work on your feet for a complete shift. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
