We value responsible practices, cutting-edge innovation, and collaborative community partnerships as we scale our platform and shape the future of urban living through technology.Role Overview We are seeking a B2G-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for generating and maintaining qualified pipeline, booking meetings with municipal stakeholders, and supporting deal momentum through consistent outreach and follow-up.You’ll be engaging with city managers, department directors, innovation teams, procurement officers, and elected officials.ResponsibilitiesProspect and qualify municipal leads across assigned territoriesBook meetings and demos for Account Executives and Sales Directors.Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedInManage pre- and post-conference outreach campaignsPerform structured follow-ups with cities after demos, pilots, and meetingsResearch city organizational structures and key stakeholdersMaintain accurate CRM records in HubSpotSupport territory planning and account mappingAssist with RFP/RFI discovery and early-stage qualificationRequired Experience & SkillsExperience in B2G sales or public sector business developmentStrong understanding of municipal sales cycles and procurement processesExperience using HubSpot or similar CRMStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedTech-savvy and comfortable learning new platformsExperience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)PreferredPrior experience selling SaaS or GovTech solutionsFamiliarity with conferences or similar environmentsWillingness and flexibility to travel for conferences and key meetingsCompensation This position is Salary + uncapped commission incentiveEligible for company equity incentive planFully remote positionUnlimited PTOHealth, vision, and dental insurance$100 monthly wellness stipendBi-annual team retreatWhat to Expect in Our Hiring Process Our hiring process is designed to be thoughtful, efficient, and humane.
