Accounting Administrator – General AccountingJob SummaryThe Accounting Administrator supports dealership accounting operations, including vehicle inventory, deal processing, payroll, and account reconciliation. This role helps ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while providing administrative support to leadership across multiple locations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and maintain vehicle inventory, including stocking units, assigning stock numbers, and posting inventory-related chargesFinalize (cap) vehicle deals, process trade-in payoffs, and maintain accurate deal recordsAdminister payroll, including verifying time, commissions, bonuses, and ensuring compliance with policiesReconcile inventory and payable schedules, identifying and resolving discrepanciesAssist with month-end processes and maintain accurate financial recordsProvide administrative and accounting support, maintain organized files, and assist with special projectsQualificationsBasic knowledge of dealership accounting preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in Google Docs and dealership systems (Dealertrack preferred)Pay & ScheduleStarting at $15.00/hour (based on experience)Monday- FridayPerformance evaluations conducted annuallyPHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
