Position SummaryNorlee Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Helper to join one of our Electrical or Mechanical divisions. This is a full-time, field-based position offering an excellent entry point into the electrical trade with hands-on training and growth opportunities.Schedule: Monday-FridayEmployment Type: Full-Time, Field Position CompensationCompensation for this role is inclusive of base pay, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Responsibilities include:Carrying tools and materialsCutting wire and pulling cable through conduitCleaning and organizing work areasAssisting with jobsite preparation and breakdownFollowing all safety procedures and company protocolsThis role serves as an entry-level opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience and long-term growth within the electrical trade.
