We are partnered with a high-growth AI company seeking a Senior Counsel to help scale the legal function alongside the business. This is a broad, high-impact role for a corporate attorney who wants meaningful exposure across the company and a path toward Deputy General Counsel.What you'll do:Lead and support M&A, financing, and capital markets mattersPartner cross-functionally on commercial, employment, IP, privacy, regulatory, litigation, and compliance issuesBuild practical legal processes for a fast-moving startup environmentAdvise executives and business teams on strategic legal risk\What we're looking for:6+ years of corporate legal experienceStrong background in M&A, financings, and/or capital marketsComfortable operating as a business-minded legal generalistStartup or high-growth company experience preferred
