Junior Representative

At ID-Enhancements, we are looking for a customer-oriented representative. A customer service representative will provide product/services information, resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face, and create and manage orders that are received. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls. Generate and complete sales order requests from customers. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare product for shipping. Provide accurate, valid, detailed, and complete information in order and inventory picking. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, policies, and all safety instructions. Take the extra mile to engage customers. Will perform all duties not included in this job description. Preferred Technology Skills Accounting Software – Intuit QuickBooks, Sage 50, etc. Cloud-based data access and sharing software – Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft Sharepoint CRM Software – Salesforce, Netsuite, etc. Electronic Mail Software – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange Video Conferencing software – Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet Experience High School Degree 2-3 Years of Experience in Relevant field College Degree Preferred Additional Notes Position may lead to full time employment after review period.
