Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Ensure adherence to South Carolina labor laws and organizational policies. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR records. Support grant compliance requirements related to HR activities. Promote and support an inclusive workplace culture, with a focus on LGBTQ+ inclusivity. Provide excellent customer service to employees and management regarding HR-related inquiries and issues. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (required). Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a non-profit, healthcare, or administrative setting. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and South Carolina labor laws. Experience with grant compliance in HR functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Exceptional customer service skills. Experience working in LGBTQ+ inclusive environments is strongly preferred.
