Overview As a Process Engineer for Starshield, you’ll ensure satellite reliability and performance by analyzing failures, driving corrective actions, and improving manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and supply chain teams to strengthen design-for-reliability and test coverage. Your work supports Starshield’s government-focused missions leveraging Starlink-derived capabilities to enable robust, long-lasting hardware.
