Power Precision as a Molded Assembler in Electronics Manufacturing Location: Maple Grove, MN | Payrate: $20/hour | Schedule: 6am to 2:30pm PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading innovator in the electronics manufacturing industry to hire a detail-focused Molded Assembler. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day You’ll play a key role in the assembly process, ensuring products meet exacting standards: Perform basic assembly tasks involving connectors and molded components Clean and prepare parts to meet strict quality requirements Handle small components with accuracy and care, requiring steady hands and strong attention to detail Follow safety procedures when working with and around chemicals Maintain a clean and organized workstation Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals What You Bring to the Table Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Strong manual dexterity and excellent visual acuity Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality Comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods, with occasional standing, reaching, twisting, and stooping Ability to work safely with and around chemicals Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills and a results-driven attitude Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in assembly or electronics manufacturing Familiarity with handling small components or precision parts Experience working in fast-paced production environments Why This Role Matters Every connection you assemble supports the performance of advanced electronic systems used across industries.
