RoleAs a Packaging Maintenance Technician (also known as Packaging Equipment Specialist, Maintenance Operator), your role will involve reporting to a maintenance supervisor, troubleshooting packaging equipment problems, performing scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance, and working with supervisors to implement productivity improvements. You'll also ensure adequate spare parts stocking levels and perform regular machine performance reviews, recommending and implementing technological changes to improve overall performance.
