Field Supervisor
Field Supervisor The Phoenix Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading a team of technicians in the field, ensuring timely and accurate completion of jobs, and managing all aspects of job workflows. This position requires a high level of mechanical knowledge, specifically, in spiral conveyor systems, and a strong ability to coach and train field technicians. This is a traveling position which requires travel availability 100% of the time. Job Responsibilities: · Job Management - Lead field operations, ensuring that all jobs are completed on time and meet the quality standards of the company. - Work with Shop Supervisor and Director of Operations to ensure that all equipment, materials, and personnel are on-site as needed. · Technical Expertise - Appy expert mechanical knowledge, particularly in spiral conveyor systems. - Troubleshoot issues, provide hands-on support and ensure technical accuracy on all projects. · Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a team of field technicians. - Provide clear direction, support, and training to ensure efficient job performance and safety compliance. · Training & Coaching - Train technicians in the field, fostering continuous development and skills improvement to enhance team effectiveness. · Communication - Maintain consistent communication with the Director of Operations, reporting on job progress, team performance and any issues or changes to the job plan. - Act as the main point of contact with customers/clients during jobs. - Ensure customer satisfaction and clear communication throughout. - Billingual added plus · Safety Management - Enforce all safety protocols and standards in the field to ensure, and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel. Qualifications: - 5+ years of field mechanical experience ( preferably with spiral conveyor systems) - High School diploma or equivalent (required) - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering ( preferred) - Proven experience leading field teams, with demonstrated skills in managing workflow, performance, and safety. - Strong mechanical problem-solving skills with the ability to provide on-site solutions. - Excellent communication and people skills, able to interface with customers, management, and technicians. - Ability to travel 100% of the time to jobsites across the United States. - Billingual an added plus.
