Duties ● Engage in warm calling to identify potential clients and nurture existing relationships. ● Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development. ● Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts with B2B clients. ● Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through excellent service. ● Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. ● Leverage Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales performance. ● Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries. ● Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team environment. ● Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting information clearly and persuasively. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales or technology sales is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Familiarity with account management practices and customer relationship management tools like Salesforce. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Solid analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
