Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a polished appearance Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with efficiency and care Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests for additional cleaning or amenities Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Assist with janitorial duties in commercial or hotel environments to uphold cleanliness standards across multiple spaces Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or hotel housekeeping preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety regulations in cleaning procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests or residents Ability to handle laundry operations efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable; hotel experience is a plus Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, bend, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably Join us if you’re passionate about creating spotless environments that make people feel valued and cared for!
