Keeps abreast of employment related regulatory provisions.interpret and answer inquires related to HR policies and procedures, and counsel and educate team members while ensuring consistency and reinforcing adherence as appropriatebalance daily administration of people processes with intense preparation, support and administration of infrequently occurring people processes, both planned and unplanned (ex: regulatory audits, affirmative action, business people projects and requests for information, people review, forecasting/budgeting, etc.)work with and through third party administrators of benefits and people processes; support HR Reps and team members and escalate cases as neededexperience working in a 24/7 manufacturing environmentexperience working at a site with high performance work systemsdevelop, propose and implement people related work system improvementsResponsibility for HR projects as assignedRelevant post high school education; degree, certification or training (ex: Office Administration, HR, SHRM, CEBs, Employee Relations, Ceridian Dayforce, ADA, FMLA, time and attendance system, etc.)Additional Competencies:TrustworthyCourageousCustomer FocusedDevelopment MindedAgileFinancially SavvyResults DrivenManaging through Processes
