Engineer Program Manager II (Traffic Safety Programs Manager)This essential position manages Traffic Safety Programs within Traffic Operations and requires availability during severe weather, homeland security emergencies, traffic incidents, and planned or unplanned events. Will supervise staff and oversee multiple programs and projects while providing technical expertise in engineering development and maintenance related to traffic work zones and clear zone hazards. The role works closely with the Transportation Management Center and statewide partners to maintain safety, accessible roadway operations and work zones in accordance with Delaware MUTCD, TIM, specifications and AASHTO guidelines.
