Senior IAM / Cyber Security Engineer (CrowdStrike)

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior IAM / Cyber Security Engineer to lead identity and endpoint security initiatives, with a strong focus on implementing and optimizing CrowdStrike solutions. This role will play a critical part in securing enterprise systems, managing identity governance, and strengthening threat detection and response capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise environmentsLead integration and administration of CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint protection, EDR, and threat intelligenceDefine and enforce identity governance policies (RBAC, least privilege, SSO, MFA)Conduct access reviews, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and lifecycle managementMonitor and respond to security incidents, working closely with SOC teamsPerform threat hunting and vulnerability assessments using CrowdStrike and other toolsCollaborate with IT, compliance, and audit teams to meet regulatory requirements (SOX, NIST, ISO 27001)Automate IAM processes using scripting (PowerShell, Python)Support cloud IAM across AWS/Azure environmentsMentor junior engineers and contribute to security architecture decisionsRequired Qualifications6–10+ years of experience in Cyber Security / IAM rolesStrong hands-on experience with CrowdStrike FalconExpertise in IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.)Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFAKnowledge of endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR)Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO)Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python)Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsCertifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEHExperience in public accounting or consulting environmentsExposure to Zero Trust architectureKnowledge of SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)Cloud security expertise (AWS, Azure IAM)
