California Inside Sales Representative
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage customers through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up activities to generate, qualify, and advance sales opportunities
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, programs, and solutions
Close sales, upsell products and services, and consistently achieve assigned sales targets
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to manage stress and maintain composure in customer-facing situations
