The Interim CFO will also be instrumental in long-term stewardship, financial sustainability, and governance within a mission-driven, community-focused setting.Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA highly preferred. A minimum of 8 years' accounting experience, particularly within non-profit, property management, or hospitality industries, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, reporting, and controls for a multi-entity organization, and a proven track record as a senior-level financial leader with both strategic and operational responsibilities. The role demands a professional who is comfortable in a collaborative, highly visible position, and who can effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
