workIdeal ProfileStrong candidates may have:3+ years of experience in automotive mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, subsystem design, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, CAE/CAD, simulation, automotive quality, EV engineering, battery engineering, ADAS engineering, or related technical rolesExperience in automotive OEM, Tier-1 supplier, mobility, transportation manufacturing, or related vehicle engineering environmentsBackground in one or more areas such as body, chassis, interior, powertrain, thermal systems, structural analysis, NVH, CFD, durability, stamping, body-in-white, assembly, paint, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, EV, battery, or ADAS workflowsFamiliarity with tools and systems such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, SAP S/4HANA, CAD/CAE platforms, PLM tools, or similar automotive engineering systemsComfort reading and preparing automotive artifacts such as design reviews, DFMEA/PFMEA documents, PPAP packages,
