Role DescriptionThis full-time Associate Attorney position is an on-site role located in Birmingham, AL. The Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel, draft and review legal documents, assist with medical malpractice cases, and handle negotiations on behalf of clients. Additionally, the role involves conducting legal research to support case strategies and offering precise legal advice to address client needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to deliver effective legal solutions and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Associate will gain hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, and motion practices.
