Program Manager, Maternal Health
Overview:
Once Upon A Preemie, Inc is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to manage a one year grant to improve maternal health outcomes in Delaware County, PA (DELCO).
Duties include: Managing maternal health grant project across DELCO, conducting outreach to birthing hospitals and community based organizations to recruit healthcare professionals for program participation. Lead meetings with clinical and non-profit leadership within hospitals and community based organizations to establish partnership strategies. The Program Manager will create detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and evaluation reports. This position will also participate in external meetings, and conferences to represent grant program and the organization. The Program Manager will manage all healthcare professionals participating in the grant program including providing weekly updates, leading project kick off and final meetings.
Alongside company President, the Program Manager will help plan and execute the DELCO Grant Program. The Program Manager will be detailed oriented, and have the ability to multi-task, travel, and communicate status updates on the grant to executive leadership, funders, and organizational partners This position will grow with the company.

Once Upon A Preemie, Inc is a non-profit organization that leads education and empowerment services for the healthcare community and for families. Our signature program, the Once Upon A Preemie Academy, is a virtual, accredited health and racial equity training program for healthcare professionals across the nation. We are currently seeking a dynamic program manager to expand the Once Upon A Preemie Academy across the state of Pennsylvania to drive equitable birth outcomes for birthing families.
Education/Experience
BA/BS University Degree with a concentration in public health, public administration, marketing, sales, or business administration preferred
Three- five years of industry experience
CRM, MS Word Suite, and Internet Research experience required
Knowledge of public health, maternal health, heath equity, required, perinatal and neonatal health a plus
Project management experience preferred
Event planning experience a plus
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), strong attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment
Social media and social media marketing experience a plus
Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)
Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience. No healthcare benefits are offered at this time.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST.
