The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and drafting complex third-party supplier agreements, including master service agreements, online service agreements, and trading platform agreements. This role requires a professional with 10-20+ years of experience in complex commercial transactions, particularly in the area of vendor agreements, and a proven track record in technology transactions. The Interim Senior Contracts Counsel will also be involved in assessing and memorializing risk, and must have experience with a high volume of contracts and the ability to manage multiple mission-critical projects. Applicants for the Interim Senior Contracts Counsel position at the company should hold a J.D. degree and be a member in good standing of at least one state bar. The role demands a candidate with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a swift, proactive approach to legal matters. Experience in international and offshore contract negotiation is essential, as is a background in drafting and negotiating BPO agreements. The ideal candidate will have a mix of in-house and big law or mid-major law firm experience, with a preference for those who have worked with large companies. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required, and experience with Ariba and Archer is a plus.
