As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.Job SummaryThe Project Logistics Coordinator III will be the key logistical lead for domestic and global facilities, shipments, and training events. The Project Coordinator III will provide direction to facility personnel, coordinate logistics, use analytical and decision-making skills to fulfill resource requirements, oversee and maintain all necessary inventories, and implement and reconcile financial processes for the facility.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain and purchase all necessary materials and supplies through iProcurement to support facility operations and equipmentVerify, manage, and approve all vendor invoicesReconcile and manage all financial cost transfers for every facility userMaintain and reconcile all BTA account cost submissions by working with the finance team to ensure prompt paymentsManage support requestsPrepare tooling inventoriesCoordinate international shipments of bulk equipment and materials as neededWork with Service Managers to meet expectations on job assignments, training, PPE and other tasks as neededWork with the Immigration team to ensure appropriate international travel documents such as passports and Visas are obtained as neededSupport other functions as needed and review and approve timesheets and expenses if neededDrive sourcing to work with local, approved businesses to reduce cost and maximize flexibility during high facility utilizationCoordinate logistics for personnel attending training or business requirements at the facility, including hotel and car reservations and mealsCreate and maintain logistics tracking spreadsheetsCreate POs and deliver POs, invoices and cost estimates to vendors and customersPrepare reports for managersAbility to travel including internationallyAbility and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignmentsYou may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of five years’ operations, project management, or product management experience including quality, technical, administrative, financial and contractualEnglish proficiency requiredDesired CharacteristicsStrong mechanical/technical skillsExpert in distributed power outage maintenanceStrong project planning and organizational skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsCritical thinking abilityAbility to handle multiple projects concurrently and be very results-orientedAbility to work well both independently and in a team environment (being remote-managed, and capable of remote managing indirect reports)Compensation And BenefitsThe weekly salary range for this position is $911.54 to $1369.23. This is an exempt from overtime position. Additional compensation may be paid when employees exceed 40 billable hours in a week. FieldCore benefits include medical insurance.
