Job Description Operator I - Job Summary (Temecula, CA)Job Title: Operator ILocation: Temecula, CA (Onsite)Contract Duration: 1 YearShift: Multiple ShiftsExperience RequiredMinimum 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical device manufacturing preferred).No warehouse-only, forklift, material handler, or Amazon experience unless they also have manufacturing experience.Stable work history (avoid frequent job changes/short tenures).Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manufacturing and assembly operations following work instructions.Use microscopes to inspect and assemble small components.Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Read and interpret written instructions and production documents.Use hand tools to assemble and inspect products.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Required SkillsComfortable working under a microscope.Good English communication (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding training).Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Ability to follow detailed instructions.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours.Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Ability to bend, squat, twist, crawl, stoop, push, and pull.Must pass an eye exam and color vision test.Good close, distance, depth, and color vision.Company DescriptionTechLink Systems is a national provider of staffing services with offices all over the USA as well as development and support centers globally.
