Lead a highly detailed, architect‑driven residential project located in the Freestone County / Fairfield Lake area. Bring commercial‑level discipline and thrive in environments where precision, communication, and leadership matter every single day.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in complex construction.Required SkillsStrong field credibility and the ability to lead trades with confidence. Experience managing complex commercial projects with tight tolerances. Clear, structured communication with architects, consultants, and sophisticated clients. A calm, solutions‑oriented leadership style. A commitment to quality and detail that never wavers.Preferred SkillsThis is not a fit for candidates who have only worked in homebuilding.Pay range and compensation packageGreat Pay, Benefits, Culture and Leadership.
