Job description:Dracup & Patterson, a California-based law firm, is seeking an AI-driven Business Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience who actively uses AI tools as part of their legal workflow. This role is ideal for an attorney who is not only comfortable with AI, but excited about leveraging it to improve efficiency, quality, and client outcomes.We are particularly interested in power users of AI who understand how to responsibly and effectively integrate AI into legal research, drafting, discovery, and case strategy. Bonus if you can help train and guide other attorneys on AI best practices.What You'll DoDraft complaints, motions, and discoveryConduct legal research and case analysis (including AI-assisted workflows)Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals as part of a teamAI-Focused ResponsibilitiesUse AI tools to improve legal drafting and research efficiencyDevelop and refine AI workflows for litigation tasksEnsure responsible and ethical use of AI tools(Bonus) Help train attorneys and staff on AI best practicesWork EnvironmentThis is a fully remote role.
