Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Milling Operator based in Texarkana, TX. The Milling Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring milling machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality outputs. Daily tasks include adjusting machine settings, inspecting finished products for quality assurance, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to all safety protocols. Collaboration with team members and reporting to the supervisor for efficient workflow and problem resolution will also be essential aspects of this role. Qualifications Experience with operating and maintaining milling equipment, and understanding machinery processesBasic mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawingsCommitment to maintaining safety standards and adhering to company policiesStrong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindsetPhysical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and work in an industrial environmentPrevious experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent certification required
